Right now, I am sitting in a lakeview room at the Bellagio, alternately watching the fountain shows and the fireworks across the horizon of Las Vegas, eating tiramasu that has definitely been prepared with very real, very strong rum.

I’ve eaten more fantastic food in the last five days than I can remember, and I wish I could take all of the restaurants home with me.
